The service

Marathi Typing Online is a free tool for typing Marathi in a web browser. You do not need an account. We may change, pause, or stop any part of the service at any time, without notice.

Your content

Everything you write belongs to you. Your documents are stored in your own browser and are not uploaded to us, so we cannot view, back up, or restore them. You are responsible for what you write and for keeping copies: clearing browser data, switching browsers, or changing devices can remove your drafts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to create content that is unlawful where you live;
• try to disrupt the site, overload it, or get around its technical limits;
• copy the site as a whole and present it as your own.

Accuracy

Marathi words are suggested by an automated language model. Suggestions can be wrong, especially for names and rare words. Check your text before you rely on it, in particular for official, legal, academic, or financial documents.

Voice typing and third parties

Voice typing is provided by your browser, and your browser vendor may process audio on its own servers under its own terms. The site may link to other websites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

Intellectual property

The site’s name, design, text, and code belong to Marathi Typing Online or its licensors. The transliteration model is used under its own licence, which you can read here. Fonts and other open-source components remain under their respective licences.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your drafts will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Marathi Typing Online is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost documents or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains what is stored on your device and what is not collected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
